As a cultural psychologist, I love exploring and understanding what is happening in culture and I hope this space allows you to live in that present moment - and find things out that you didn’t already know.

The blogs are written by some of my closest friends. We write about; societal events, exhibitions, food, nature, art, poetry, films and maybe just the mundane things that have happened in life. Living in the UK, Netherlands, Albania, Denmark, Saudi and America.

I wanted to create a space to feel more connected to my friends and family living around the world.

Our lives are so busy, filled with the day-to-days, 9-to-5’s, pressures of life - it is easy to get swept up and loose that time to truly connect. That connection to our immediate surroundings or the exciting events happening in our wider community or that connection to the people we truly love.
